Platform Rules & Player Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the jua365 platform at jua365.cam (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with any supplemental policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and Bonus Terms. These terms apply to all users of the jua365 Platform regardless of how they access it — via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means.

Your acceptance of these terms is a condition precedent to your use of jua365. If at any point you no longer agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request account closure by contacting jua365 customer support.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To use the jua365 Platform, you must at all times satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person, organization, or entity, including a minor.
• You are not accessing jua365 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or agent of jua365 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the jua365 Platform or had a jua365 account terminated for rule violations.

jua365 reserves the right to require age and identity verification documentation from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the prescribed timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of balances pending resolution.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the jua365 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jua365 employs technical and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon discovery, all duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited at jua365's sole discretion.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during account registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. jua365 may request documentary proof of any information provided. Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jua365 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. All activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jua365 customer support immediately. jua365 will never request your password via email, live chat, or phone.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

As required under PAGCOR anti-money laundering compliance obligations, jua365 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all player accounts. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS card), proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Withdrawals may be withheld pending the completion of KYC verification for first-time withdrawal requests.

4 Deposits & Payments

jua365 accepts deposits via the following verified payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, and select cryptocurrency channels. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your jua365 account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name and matching the verified identity on your jua365 account. Third-party deposits — funds originating from payment accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment method.

jua365 does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, third-party payment processors or banks may impose their own transaction fees at their discretion. jua365 accepts no responsibility for fees levied by external payment providers.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on jua365 are processed subject to the following conditions: (a) your account KYC verification has been completed; (b) the amount requested reflects genuine winnings and complies with any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) no active investigations related to fraud, rule violations, or suspicious activity are pending on your account.

GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are ordinarily processed within 30 minutes of request approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are processed within the same business day in most cases, subject to the operating hours and processing schedules of the receiving financial institution. jua365 does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party financial service providers.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or to a payment method registered in your verified legal name. jua365 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed full KYC verification.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and promotional rewards offered by jua365 are subject to specific bonus terms and wagering requirements that are published in conjunction with each offer. General principles applicable to all jua365 bonuses include the following:

• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion may be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, where stated) must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game category are specified in individual bonus terms.
• jua365 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, bonus arbitrage strategies, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with stated bonus terms.

7 Gameplay & Fair Use

All games available on the jua365 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, genuine physical game elements (cards, dice, roulette wheels) overseen by trained human dealers. All game outcomes are determined independently and are not subject to manipulation by jua365 or any third party.

Players agree to engage with all jua365 games solely for personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with the rules of each individual game as presented within the Platform. Any attempt to use software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or other automated systems to gain an unfair advantage in any jua365 game is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

jua365 reserves the right to void any bet, game result, or winning that is found to have been generated through technical errors, software malfunctions, or circumstances outside the intended operation of the game. In such cases, jua365 will make reasonable efforts to restore player balances to their pre-error state.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the jua365 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account without their explicit consent.
• Attempting to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to interact with any part of the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or poker-format games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain without reporting them to jua365.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jua365 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools, self-exclusion periods, or account restrictions imposed by jua365.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

jua365 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A player has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• A player has engaged in fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal conduct.
• A player's account activity presents a risk of harm to jua365 or other players.
• Continued operation of the account would expose jua365 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• A player has requested voluntary self-exclusion under the jua365 Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to rule violations or fraudulent activity, jua365 reserves the right to void all pending and past bets placed during the period of violation and to forfeit any balances in the account. Where closure is initiated by the player for non-punitive reasons, any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

10 Responsible Gaming

jua365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and supporting players who may experience difficulties managing their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered jua365 players through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your jua365 account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the jua365 Platform. Self-exclusions are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off Periods: Take a short break from gambling with a cooling-off period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.

The Platform strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years. jua365 supports the PAGCOR Responsible Gaming program and encourages any player experiencing problem gambling behavior to seek assistance. Problem gambling support is available through the PAGCOR Responsible Gaming hotline and other recognized organizations operating in the Philippines.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the jua365 Platform — including but not limited to software, game logic, graphics, user interface design, text, logos, trademarks, audio, and video — is the property of jua365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or broadcast without the prior written consent of jua365.

Game content provided by third-party game providers (including JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Habanero, CQ9, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is licensed to jua365 for use on the Platform. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jua365 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failures; interruption of Platform access; unauthorized access to your account; or reliance on any information provided on the Platform.

jua365 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jua365 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability and fair operation of the Platform, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features.

In all cases, jua365's aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their jua365 account in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

jua365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on jua365, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out in detail what data is collected, how it is used, how it is protected, and your rights as a data subject under applicable Philippine data protection laws.

jua365 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required to deliver the Platform's services (such as payment processing), comply with legal obligations, or respond to lawful requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities. 14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between a player and jua365, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through jua365's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. jua365 commits to responding to formal dispute submissions within 14 business days. If an internal resolution cannot be reached, players may escalate complaints to the relevant regulatory authority under whose jurisdiction the Platform operates.

15 Amendments to These Terms

jua365 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jua365 will provide notice to registered players through the Platform interface, registered email address, or both, with a reasonable notice period before the changes take effect. Where changes are minor or editorial, they may take effect immediately.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of the jua365 Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact customer support to request account closure.
